Hi Everyone,

I was thinking we could get this Community Group going. I've never participated in a CG before so please correct me if I suggest something inappropriate.

It would seem the first order of business is to discuss how we work together and what to focus on first. Do we want to use public-inbandtracks@w3.org to discuss or should we try for a call? If a call, I could set up a Doodle poll to survey availability next week and the week after. I guess we've got people in Europe, Australia and US, correct?

BTW, I'm not sure who is subscribed to public-inbandtracks@w3.org; I sent out a test message and only Cyril responded.If someone has Stefan Pham's email please forward this to him.
