Summary: [WebVTT] the spec uses a CSS block-flow property that
                    has to be updated
           Product: TextTracks CG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebVTT
        AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
        ReportedBy: silviapfeiffer1@gmail.com
         QAContact: dave.null@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-texttracks@w3.org

The section about default CSS properties of cue text as specified in [1]
includes a block-flow CSS property, which IIUC has been replaced by the
writing-mode property [2]. The spec needs to be updated to reflect this (and
should likely include a reference to the CSS proposal).
