I've started a wiki page like that at
http://www.w3.org/community/texttracks/wiki/608_to_WebVTT . Feel free
to contribute. This can be either a new thread on this mailing list or
a comment on the wiki discussion page or some inline comment
explicitly marked (e.g. through [[ ... ]]).
