WPT meeting at TPAC!

We're having a WPT meeting at TPAC again, as previously discussed on this
list on Tuesday to avoid conflicting with the Browser Testing and Tools WG
meeting.

Proposed agenda:

   - Metrics for interoperability on wpt.fyi/
   - Prioritisation of infra backlog, future infra work
   - Getting people involved in upstream issues/PRs, esp. insofar as triage

Feel free to let me know if there's anything else people want to discuss.

As far as I'm aware, there's likely going to be at least one breakout
session on Wednesday, presenting the current status of contributing to WPT
and tooling around it.
