Testing topic preselection

Hi Program Committee,

I'd like to request that the testing plenary topic be preselected:
	http://www.w3.org/wiki/TPAC2012/SessionIdeas#Testing_at_W3C

While it's only got my support at the moment, I'm sure others will be very interested in it.  It is also a crucial topic for the Web and TV IG.
