Arch Doc: 11 November 2003 Editor's Draft

Hello,

The 11 November 2003 Editor's Draft of "Architecture of
the World Wide Web" is now available at:

This draft includes changes to text on versioning and
extensibility 4.3), on syntax-based interoperability (1.2.3),
on namespaces and versioning (4.6.4). It also takes into
account comments from Tim Bray and Dan Connolly.
