I didn't find any telephone number for remote participants but maybe I can give some feedback over mail? http://www.w3.org/wiki/images/6/6f/SysApp_-_Secure_Element_API_-_intro.pdf Use-case #1 has been rejected by the W3C Web Crypto WG and IMHO on fairly reasonable grounds. That is, unless we are talking TLS client-certificate-authentication but that is already a standard. What am I missing here?
