For the Raw Socket API I propose that we mainly discuss the following issues:
- Secure sockets:

- Redesign send() to use promise?
https://github.com/sysapps/raw-sockets/issues/22
- Using URI addressing with udp: and tcp: schemes:
https://github.com/sysapps/raw-sockets/issues/17
The remaining issues concern detailed stuff that may not be of general interest and are more suitable to discuss in a smaller task force group.
