Whilst browsing and comparing the "Semantic Annotations for WSDL" working
draft from September 28, 2006 and the "Web Service Semantics - WSDL-S"
Submission from November 7, 2005 I just recognized that the "precondition"
as well as the "effect" elements (amongst others) have been removed. I would
be interested in what was the reason for that. Additionally, I would be
interested if it's still possible (and how) to state preconditions right now
(regarding the latest working draft).
