There are some tools links on the URL above, including a WSDL2DAML
online tool.

I think OWL-S is based on OWL, so you can use OWL API to handle OWL-S
files.
But maybe it is not OWL DL. So I think it's difficult to parse it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but what i mean is
"is there any API *specifically targeted* to OWL*-S* ?"
something like getContactInformation (service)
or listInputs(process) etc..?
i dont mean OWL API, i mean OWL-Services API :)
