Our WSDL Annotator as presented at the AAAI Spring Symposium in our 
paper "Machine Learning for Annotating Semantic Web Services" is now 
available for download at http://moguntia.ucd.ie/projects/annotator/

Unfortunately, the machine learning part is still quite tricky to use.

I'm looking forward to any comments.
