closing the group?

Thank you Milton
as a chair of this group, and since we have been pretty much dead for a
couple of years,
I have been busy with other work, and apologise for not having contributed
much myself.
 I think we should set ourselves a deadline for getting some activity going.
Shall we say, if my mid October 2017 there has been no significant
activity, I ll close the group. If someone would like to take over the role
as Chair and spark something up, that would be great also
cheers
