Welcome to new members and status

Just as a reminder to us all, and especially for new members

In there you'll find notes on Governance and how to step in and
candidate yourself to become a community admin/lead and take a role

If someone enters stuff in a one of the old forms (looking for co-chairs
for example ) kindly ping the chairs or the list to give heads up
(we may not check the new entry otherwise)

Would be nice to have members help shape the future of this community into
WG status

Martin and all, will you manage to get some discussions around this topic
at the workshop in Greece? Let uf know if anything meaningful arises

I am personally working towards a paper 'towards a high spec for SWI' as
probably linked in one of the docs, and would welcome contributions
