No, Topincs http://www.topincs.com/home is not my software, ... I'm just
using a running instance of Topincs powered by my "techno watch" ontology :
http://www.topincs.com/SemanticCartography/=/1712
Topincs looks like a simple wiki, but it is in fact a very poweful Topic
Maps engine developed by Robert Cerny (I'm just involved in the french
translation of the terms displayed in the user interfaces)

It seem (on the Topincs home page), that you can freely create a kind of
"sandbox" Topincs store if you want to play with it ...
For more advanced needs, the best thing to do is to ask Robert or post into
the Topincs forum : https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/topincs/info
