there's no deadline, but this thing has been lingering for some time
and the draft has been circulating for eons
so, I d say pls think quickly send your edits asap
You can also enter a link to partial work if relevant as a pointer, and
elaborate further in the linked resource when you have time
Have not tried to download the doc, but you can do so from the google doc
which is more or less the same, or simply scrape the wordpress page I think

you can log in and paste edits (if you do, pls ping the list so we can
review accordingly)
directly in the word press doc

let me know if you have problem doing so

I am on the road for at least 10 days after Monday, so I like to post this
before I get in the taxi, unless we have some very good reason to publish
this later this month
