Welcome to new members who have joined recently, please introduce
yourselves and share about your work in relation to the list
topic!!!


the HSWI workshop at WIMS2013 was 'successful' in the sense that six papers
were presented, people participated in the session and presentations were
followed by discussions. Roberto says a report will follow, which we look
forward to read.

The SWJ journal special issue is underway, apologies to authors who have
not yet received their notifications, we are waiting for reviews to be
finalized.  Also we are accepting late submissions throughout the summer -
and if someone has spare cycles, more reviewers!  Please spread the word.

Martin Voigt, PhD Candidate at Technische Universität Dresden kindly
volunteered to co-chair this group. It is therefore my pleasure to formally
nominate him co-chair , please welcome him and let's see what activities he
has in mind .

Finally, should anyone want to spring up and co-chair or chair in future
