Leo, it depends what you mean by 'help us out'. If we want to have some sort of an official review/feedback, then the only efficient (but slightly time consuming) way is to publish a working draft and ask them to officially comment. Otherwise they might just not have it on their radar screen. Let us not make the same mistake twice:-( If it is an issue of personal help from some people, then of course it is different...
