Ivan,

Meeting minutes is missing my comments re. OpenCyc and DBpedia 
integration. We are going to have "owl:sameAs" links in DBpedia with 
OpenCyc linked data URIs in the range of this predicate. They will 
reciprocate in their RDF Data Store also i.e. DBpedia URIs will be in 
Range in their statements/claims. The goal is expose the reciprocity in 
a manner that is discernable by machines trying to compute trust metrics 
without depending on OWL inferencing (since the owl:sameAs predicate is 
symmetrical as per OWL).
