RE: Ordnance Survey Use Case

Currently our data isn't publicly available - this is because our
business model centres around the sale of our geospatial data. We would
need a lot of further development around digital rights management
issues - how it would be licensed and paid for automatically in a
semantic context - before we could make it available on the semantic
web. I would be interested to know if this is an issue for other users
too?

I think it is well written and interesting, but since I am concerned
about usage on the open web in particular, my first reaction is "where
are these data? Can I query them? What are the terms and conditions for
use of the data?" I don't know if it is the right forum or if it is
interesting for a case study, but the developer in me would want to
know right away. :-)
