[Conference] SOAWorld

I have just added www.soaworld2007.com SOAWorld to our list of
conferences[1]. They have now the Semantic Web as one of the topic for
the conference!

I have copied this to Philippe Le Hégaret, who is also responsible for
the Web Services topics at W3C; indeed, I do not know how signficant is
this conference.

The paper submission time is closed, ie, I do not think we could get
anybody there. But it may be good if you could go through the speakers
list to see whether anybody we know is there. And maybe find contacts in
some of the portals that are referred from the page. And we may want to
put this on our radar screen for next year...
