(administrative) updates on the Use Case pages

as agreed, there is now a new mailing list called:

member-sw-case-studies@w3.org

with a member visible archive at

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-sw-case-studies/

The subcribers are you and me.

SWEO Group: this is to properly archive all the mails that happen
between the case 'reviewers' (for now: Susie and I) on the one hand and
the submitters on the other hand. If anybody has a new submission,
please use this list...

I have also added the

to the site, as well as a reference to it on
