No. In section 4.5 there is a paragraph going

	ex:broader	ex:animals.
ex:cats		skos:prefLabel	"cats"@en;
	ex:broader	ex:mammals.

My concern is the use of "ex:broader". Shouldn't it read "skos:broader"?
