There is also the (few) editorial comments pending in [2]: in the last telecon record, I found a "RESOLUTION: Sean to decide on issue-225", but I couldn't find anything more recent on the topic. For the record, Ed and I prefer the singular "note", so we could send an answer to that very quickly, too.
