Real List of No Changes!

In the opinion of the editors, the following comments on the SKOS  
Reference Last Call document will result in *No Change* to the  
document. Where appropriate, details of the rationale are provided,  
along with links to draft responses.

The Editors propose that the WG accept these changes as resolutions  
to the issues identified.
