WG Charter extended to 30 December

Sorry for forgetting to inform the WG last week.

In a message [1] to the Advisory Committee, the Director announced
approval of our request for a charter extension to 30 December:

  The group intends to issue a Last Call Working Draft for SKOS on
  1 July and begin Candidate Recommendation review in September
  with a Proposed Recommendation the beginning of November.

  RDFa has ended Last Call and the group is now preparing the
  Candidate Recommendation document for review.  The Group expects
  to be able to deliver an RDFa Proposed Recommendation in August.
