Last Call extension for RDFa

We received a request for an extension to RDFa Last Call from Yahoo [1]

As per the WG's suggestion on Tuesday, the Task Force had informally 
discussed this possibility already, and we're amenable to a 2-week 
extension as requested, which would bring us to April 4th. If there's 
anything specific we should do to formalize this, let me know!
