XHTML 2 Working Group approves transition to CR

RDFa Task Force and Semantic Web Deployment Working Group,

As per my action item last week, the XHTML 2 Working Group reviewed the 
CR draft of RDFa Syntax.  The Working Group has approved its transition 
to CR.  The resolution can be found at
