SKOS Reference typo?

Perhaps this has been mentioned already, or I'm just misunderstanding
but it looks like the Integrity Constraints for skos:Collection in 9.4
[1] might have a typo. Should

  skos:LabelRelation is Disjoint with skos:Concept,
skos:ConceptScheme, skos:LabelRelation.

instead be:

  skos:Collection is Disjoint with skos:Concept, skos:ConceptScheme,
skos:LabelRelation.

?
