ISSUE-91: Last Call Comment: informative section on other XML dialects states a requirement

http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/track/issues/91

Raised by: Ben Adida
On product: RDFa

"
A. Other XML Languages

"If a language includes @xml:base [XMLBASE], an RDFa parser for that host
language must process it, and use its value to set [base]."
Is this a requirement? The section is marked "informative".

Probable Resolution: we may not want to state any *requirements* about other
host langauges, probably only indications. Requires further discussion.
