ISSUE-35: Proposed Resolution

ISSUE-35 says:

[[
The SKOS Core Guide includes references to rules. If SKOS is to make
use of
rules, this should be in terms of standards rather than particular
implementations. Definitions for conformance need to be identified.
Should all
SKOS implementations implement rules?
]]

a) The current SKOS Reference Working Draft [1] no longer includes
reference to rules in the description of SKOS.

b) There is currently no W3C Recommendation for Rules.

In the light of a) and b) above, I propose that ISSUE-35 be POSTPONED.
