Comments on RDFa Metadata Note

Diego, Ed,

This is nice work! Two comments:

1. The latest editor's draft of the RDFa Metadata Note [1] proposes
to use xhtml:license, where the namespace URI for xhtml: is [2].
The document at [2] says that [2] is an XML namespace - yet it is
being used here as an RDF namespace. That seems wrong - and could
indeed be avoided by using dct:license (to answer the question posed
   in the Editor's Note).

2. The "mock example" uses the legacy /elements/1.1/ Dublin Core
namespace [4] instead of http://purl.org/dc/terms/ - but is already
   marked for replacement.

Tom
