3 quick comments:

There's a more recent version of http://www.w3.org/TR/cooluris
than the 17 December version cited.  I suggest in the case of
the Cool URIs document  we could use the 'Latest Version' URI
rather than a specific dated version as we don't depend much
on specific content there.

Thanks for sending me the files for the examples -- sorry I didn't
get to post them on w3.org before this editors' draft.  Did you
have a preferred location or shall I pick one?  (I'd likely pick
something close to http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/VM/examples/
or http://www.w3.org/2008/03/VM/examples/ )

The Previous Version URI has a typo.
