I would propose though to continue the practice you have begun on 
tagging SKOS axioms that make it OWL Full [1]. That way, we could review 
them quite quickly if we decide to write some guideline on this issue.
The only fact now would be that such tags would not mean any more that 
the concerned axioms are no-go areas.
