[F2F] Additional agenda items for Vocabulary Management

Hi all,

I wanted to add the content of this e-mail directly onto the wiki page [0], however, it kept insisting on the fact that the page was immutable no matter whether I logged in or not. I'd be happy to put it there by myself as soon as I'll be kindly advised on how to actually do it (even though it may take some time since I'll be travelling in the next couple of days).

Proposal of additional topics to be discussed concerning Vocabulary Management:

1. evaluation of an ontology versioning questionnaire
   * brief summary of the results - what are the essential requirements on maintenance of evolving vocabularies (Vit)
   * discussion mainly on:
     ** what should be published (report, summary, detailed results, ...)
     ** where to put it in the document [1] then
   * reading materials:
     ** will be ready by September 16th

2. description of an example versioning implementation - SemVersion [2]
   * presentation of the basic features (Vit)
   * discussion mainly on:
     ** what should be published (system description, application use cases, ...)
     ** where to put it in the document [1] then
   * reading materials:
     ** SemVersion Knowledge Web deliverable [3]
     ** SemVersion model for internal annotation of versioned vocabularies [4]

3. inference and vocabulary management
   * suggestions on "best practices" when reasoning with vocabularies that are changing in time (introduced by Vit)
   * discussion mainly on:
     ** which of these issues are relevant for the document and which are perhaps too academic
     ** what/where to possibly put in the document [1] then
   * reading materials:
     ** draft material on the topic will be ready by September 30th

Best regards,
Vit
