[Recipes] Vapour service is online

Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce that an online service of Vapour is available at
[1]. Unsurprisingly, this is a "beta" version, so you can expect random
failures, embarrassing bugs and downtime due to maintenance works. We're
still working to improve the front-end and the back-end. Your feedback
is appreciated. Please do *not* use SWD mailing list to report bugs, use
the project's mailing lists instead [2].

If you want to give it a try, my suggestion is to check one of the URIs
from the examples in the Recipes, such as:

  http://isegserv.itd.rl.ac.uk/VM/http-examples/example3

We've addressed the security concerns I raised during our F2F at
Amsterdam. I'm particularly grateful to my colleague Sergio Fernandez
for doing the hard work of the deployment and for taking care of tidying
the front-end.
