synonyms and provenance info

Hi all,

I don't recall our discussing this, so I'll ask now: does SKOS have a 
way of enabling people to put provenance info on synonyms? I believe 
right now synonyms are simply strings in SKOS. But people might want 
to put attributes on them such as author, date, and other provenance 
information.
