[VocabMgmt] Deciding the NUIG contribution more concretely

Hi Elisa,

we've agreed in the Tuesday telecon that we should perhaps make the  
plans about DERI, NUIG possible contribution to the vocabulary  
management document more concrete.

Could you please have a look at the document I sent around [1] again  
and perhaps try to identify the parts that you find useful and/or  
promising for future development? Of course, you can also ask me about  
anything you'd need explained in more detail (since some of the  
initial notes are really very abstract) - I'll try to do my best in  
answering you as soon as possible.
