please find enclosed the initial comments (just a brief sketch of very
preliminary "weekend" ideas I put into more readable form) on possible
DERI, NUIG contributions - it can be discussed in the telecon and then
we can decide what to develop in more detail and what not...

Any comments and criticism welcome - it's the first time I'm even
thinking about something related to a standardisation, so I may be
completely out of the desired concept, even though I hope that at least
something could be useful :).
