[ALL] Reviewers for SKOS Use case and requirements draft?

Hi all,

The SKOS Use case and requirements draft is almost ready for review, and 
will be ready by tomorrow's teleconf.
Therefore, there will be need for reviewers (two, I guess) from the 
working group, of course not amongst the editors of the draft ;-)

Would-be reviewers can have a sneak look at the current version [1]
