Note that this file now also shows which meetings will be
cancelled because of vacations (currently only August 7).

Quentin, Ed, Clay, and Justin (newcomers to the WG) - you
are also listed on the rotation list but have not yet been
assigned dates.  Please take a look at the guidelines for
scribing [1] and let us know when you understand the basics
well enough to give it a try.  We are very supportive of
first-time scribers, so do not hesitate to volunteer... :-)
