[SKOS] version history web site error

Hi all,

I just noticed and fixed an error in the "Version History" page [1].

The current version of the RDF specification of SKOS Core is the following resource:

http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core/history/2006-04-18.rdf

... and *not* the resource [2] as previously stated in [1].
