In the issue list (at least the sandbox) I had properly changed the 
label of the issue to "SKOS-I-AnnotationOnLabel".
The problem comes from the minutes, where it has been saved as an action 
on "preferredLabel". I might have changed this action last time, since I 
was scribe, but I don't know if this is really something we can do, and 
even if we have to spend time on it, if the issue itself is OK...
