Well, let's see how happy you will be in the end ;-) I have put on the 
Wiki a snapshot of the UC format

This tries to merge in one piece your proposal and the small ones that 
were made since then (and therefore looks much like what you proposed)

I hope this will help the WG  to send last comment/objections (I think 
it would be great to have this settled next week, when Jon, Dnaiel and 
me will have a small teleconference to discuss these things). Hopefully 
I will also put on the wiki a case description according to this format 
in the coming 2 or 3 days.
