+1 for providing an alternative address for people unsure about 
posting straight to the list, for whatever reason.

The announcement does not say whether the editors intend to
describe or cite (point to) actual examples in the requirements
document.

+1 Antoine's suggestion to put Application first, Vocabulary second.
