Following an editors' teleconf yesterday, I made the following changes 
to the UC description format and mail:

The current result, available at 
http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/UCFormat , contains as main changes:
- the UC format has a preliminary section asking for contact information 
and confidentiality matters
- the companion mail now has our individual addresses, a stupid 
"apologies for cross-posting" line, and a reference to a future FAQ page 
on the wiki, if need be. Most importantly, it now mentions a *deadline*. 
For now I opted for January 1st, but I would like to have your opinion 
on that during the teleconf, of course!

And of course you are welcome to correct my bad English wording. The 
wiki difference tool is really useful for you to check the changes, I 
believe.
