[WNET] update data, schemas, draft

Hi,

I improved the WordNet schemas [1], data files [2] and Draft [3], mostly 
fixing errors spotted by Ralph.

Schemas:
- added missing senseLabel prop (to WN Basic schema)
- replaced xsd:string ranges with rdfs:Literal so xml:lang works

Data files:
- removed underscores from values of rdfs:label and wn:senseLabel instances
- put files in right place (some were in wrong dir)

Draft:
- added acknowledgements
- added missing class AdjectiveSatelliteWordSense in Fig. 1
- corrected typos
- fixed broken links
