Re: Proposal to cancel SWBPD telecon

Hi Guus,

This is fine with me -- I was going to have to send regrets as I'm 
traveling tomorrow. 

Quick update on part-whole:  I've verified with Chris that he has 
nothing more recent than
the version currently posted to the OEP site at [1].  Alan had mentioned 
several weeks
ago that he might be able to spend some time cleaning it up towards the 
end of May.  I've
sent him a note as a reminder, and hope that within a short time we will 
have a verion
ready for final review and subsequent publication of this note as well.
