incorrect according to TAG instructions on which URIs constitute  
information resources and which URIs can refer to non-information  
resource entities. Specifically, the examples in this section use the  
same URI to refer to both a Person (or a group of people) and a  
document. The debate on how to solve this is on the mailing list.

Your mention of the URI issue is good, though I suggest that you  
redirect to a Web page summarizing the discussions with links to  
different emails. The link is going now to one particular email which  
doesn't make easy to find new materials about the issue. New  
discussions might sparkle and be interesting to read.
