RDFa Primer draft reviewed again

My comments:

1. I note that dc:Creator specifies a string literal "Mark Birbeck" as
the name of the document creator.  This looks fine.  I believe Dublin
Core doe not require this to be a URI.

2. As a reader, I would have liked to see the resulting RDF immediately,
paired with each example, in section 2.

I support publication of this draft.   My comments do not need to hold
up publication.   Nice work!
