Merging the last subsection with appendix G seems to me the best choice, I don't
think it's necessary to overload the introduction with details on hash vs.
slash and other such aspects.

Yes that is what I meant, sorry if I was unclear. Ordering can stay as is, but
maybe put three subsections : a- querying online & offline, b- WN basic and WN
full, and c- Versionning. Move the URI format discussions to appendix (G).
